1) The fuel pump switch is located on the dashboard, on the driver's side. It is a black switch with "ON" and "OFF" written on it in white letters.
2) The switch is used to turn the fuel pump on and off. It is usually used to turn the pump off when the vehicle is not being used, in order to save fuel.
3) The switch can also be used to prime the fuel system, in the event that the fuel pump stops working.
The fuel pump relay is located in the main fuse box in the engine compartment. The relay is usually in the upper right hand corner of the fuse box.
